How to fill the form for New Voter Card?

For this, one has to visit the website of the National Voters' Service Portal (NVSP) (https://www.nvsp.in).

There are some features in this that have to be signed in to use.

After opening the website, you have to click on sign in.

Now the mobile number or email has to be entered in the user id. Then sign in by entering the password.

If the account is not created, then the account will have to be created by clicking on the registered account. You can also create this account with your mobile number.

Now after signing in, you have to click on the option written in the form.

Form6 is filled to create a new Voter ID. That's why you have to click on the form:- 6.

 

Now a new page will open. In which the form has to be filled.

 

When the form is opened, you can select your language in it.

After that select State, District, Assembly / Parliamentary Constituency.

If you are applying the First Time then select As A First Time Voter option.

If you want to transfer from an assembly, then do the following (Due To Shifting From Another Constituency Option Select).

 

Now you have to write your first name in front of the name. Write in English on the left side and in Hindi on the right side.

Write your last name in Surname If Any.

In the name of the relative of the applicant, write the first name of any of your relative who is already included in the voter list.

Write the last name of the relative of the applicant.

Write what is your relation with Relative in Type Of Relation.

After that now choose Date Of Birth (In dd/mm/yyyy) and Male or Female in Gender.

 

Now select the state and district.

Write the house number in English on the left side and in Hindi on the right side.

Write Home No., Street/Area/Location, City/Village, Post Office, etc. in both English and Hindi.

After that enter the pin code.

If you have a Permanent Address, then write it here in the same way. If not, then tick the same as above.

 

If there is a disability, then tick it, otherwise give the empty end.

If Email ID and Mobile Number are there then it is not written then leave it blank.

 

Now documents have to be uploaded. In which you have your photo, age proof, and address proof.

Supported formats of the document should be .jpg,.jpeg.

The size of the document should be less than 5 MB.

Select the type of document in the box in front of the document.

Birth Certificate

Mark sheets Of Class 10th, 8th

Indian passport

Pan card

Driving license

Aadhar letter issued by uidai

 

Address proof

Indian passport

Driving license

Bank/Kisan/post office current passbook

Ration card

Income tax assessment order

Rent agreement

Water bill

Telephone bill

Electricity bill

Gas connection bill

 

Now select your Town / Village Name, State, District.

In the box with Date, you write your Date of Birth.

Now if you do not already have a name in the Voter List, then tick it, otherwise tick the one below.

Write the name of your district, town, or village in Place.

Write today's date in Date.

 

Before submitting, check the complete form once thoroughly.

If it is correct then click on submit.

 

After submission, now your request will reach the Election Commission. After verifying which Voter ID will be created and posted on your address.
